Dream Wave is a spacious Edwardian town house, stylishly furnished in the heart of St Ives available for holiday rental throughout the year. Sleeps up to 8 (lower rates available for smaller numbers), has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, private parking nearby for two cars, free wireless Internet connection.
One well behaved dog permitted during the period from 1 October to 30 April subject to specific conditions.

The house has been sympathetically modernised, has exposed granite walls, retains many original features and offers panoramic views of St Ives and the Bay from the upper floors. It is located within a few minutes walk of the harbour, beaches, shops, restaurants and galleries.

The accommodation is simply decorated in neutral tones with quality furnishings.

The reception room has an oak dining table with seating for eight and two large leather sofas, plus there is an occasional chair and two feature window seats.

The kitchen is modern with large fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooker, dishwasher and is well equipped for keen cooks. A good sized laundry/drying room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer & sink and gives ample storage for beach, surf, walking and other outdoor gear.

On the upper floors are five rooms but the smallest is retained for storage. The 4 bedrooms comprise one double, one king sized and 2 twin bedded rooms. There is a shower room and toilet as well as a separate bathroom and toilet. Two of the bedrooms have hand basins.

At the back of the house is a small secluded courtyard with bistro table, chairs and plants. There is a washing line and a hose for washing down wet suits/bikes. The flight of granite steps leading to a grassy lane, are quite steep but a custom made safety gate is in place in interests of younger visitors.
